Grant Thornton is experiencing a promising phase of growth! We are eagerly anticipating the addition of a Senior Manager to our Transaction Advisory Services service line. This role is crucial in financial transactions, especially in mergers and acquisitions.


Key responsibilities and qualifications for this position include:

  • Due Diligence Coordination: Leading due diligence processes is a primary responsibility, vital for evaluating the financial health and risks of companies in acquisitions, mergers, and refinancings.
  • Trusted Advisor: As a trusted advisor, you will support and counsel clients on significant strategic decisions.
  • Valuation Assignments: You will be actively involved in performing valuations, a key aspect for appraising the worth of business units or entire companies.
  • Advice on Acquisition Structuring and Financing: You will offer guidance and manage tasks related to the structuring of acquisitions and financing plans.
  • Coaching and Training: You will mentor team members and aid in their professional growth through training.
  • Network Development and Growth: You will aid in expanding the department by seeking new projects with both current and prospective clients and by broadening Grant Thornton's network.

Job requirements

  • Education: A degree in business economics is essential.
  • Experience: At least 8 years in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch, English, and French.

  • Work Ethic: Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to customer service.
