Are you eager to start your career in recruitment and connect great talent with exciting opportunities? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and attract the next generation of professionals across Belgium.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the recruitment process for all junior positions across our business lines.

  • Lead campus recruitment activities, attending job fairs, organizing events, and building strong relationships with universities and student organizations.

  • Contribute to enhancing our employer brand through social media

  • Assist in organizing our Starter Day, ensuring new colleagues have a welcoming and inspiring first day.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to attract the right candidates and provide a smooth, positive experience for everyone.

  • Travel between our 7 offices in Belgium to support events, job fairs, meetings, and to meet candidates in person at our different locations.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • A recent graduate (bachelor’s degree minimum) or professional with up to 1 year of experience.

  • Passionate about recruitment, curious to learn, and excited to kick-start your career in talent acquisition.

  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven in finding and engaging talent.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.

  • Flexible, communicative, and enjoys building relationships with a variety of people.
