Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

Grant Thornton is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for a Senior Manager Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to play a key role in complex financial transactions and strategic decision-making around mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations.

As a Senior Manager, you will take the lead on high-impact engagements and actively contribute to the growth of our TAS practice. You combine deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership skills, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy, develop teams, and strengthen our market presence.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing projects, focusing on financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them in critical strategic and financial decisions.

  • Oversee and review valuations of companies and business units.

  • Structure and manage complex acquisition and financing processes.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

  • Drive business development by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Grant Thornton’s network.

  • Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of the TAS practice

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or similar fields.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French.
    Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for solving complex financial challenges.

  • Proven leadership and project management experience.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
