Job description

Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career after gaining a solid first professional experience?

Do you enjoy working with people, identifying potential, and contributing to meaningful hiring decisions? Then this role offers the right balance between responsibility, variety, and growth.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in attracting and hiring talent across Belgium. You will work closely with hiring managers and gradually take ownership of recruitment processes across different business lines.

Your role and impact

  • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior profiles, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.

  • You will actively contribute to campus recruitment initiatives, representing the organization at job fairs and events, building sustainable relationships with universities and student organizations, and supporting the long-term talent pipeline.

  • You will support and help strengthen our employer branding efforts, contributing ideas and content for social media and recruitment campaigns.

  • Where relevant and depending on workload, you will also have the opportunity to support recruitment for selected senior profiles, allowing you to further develop your skills and broaden your exposure.

  • This is a varied and people-focused role that requires flexibility: you will travel between our 7 offices in Belgium to attend events, meet candidates in person, and collaborate with hiring managers on site.

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and are ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to learn and grow.

  • You are proactive, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at the same time. You combine a hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in people and talent.

  • You communicate confidently, enjoy building relationships, and are able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken, and are flexible and mobile within Belgium.

What can we offer you?

Here at Grant Thornton, you will be among some of the best colleagues and enjoy an awesome work environment. And it's no coincidence that we proudly carry the Great Place to Work certification! But that's not all, of course! We also offer:

  • An attractive salary package with additional holidays, a phone subscription, insurance, a company car, and a flex income plan that allows you to customize part of your employment benefits according to your preferences, such as a bike plan, electronic devices, or other advantages that align with your personal choices.

  • You have flexible working hours and may also work from home. The how and what will be discussed with your team and clients.

  • You will have the opportunity to develop yourself at your own pace through:

    • At least 40 training hours a year to brush up on your professional knowledge and soft skills.

    • A learning environment with a wide variety of clients, sectors and topics that you will come into contact with.

    • Experienced colleagues who are always ready to share their knowledge and good advice with you in our open working environment.

    • A multidisciplinary working environment: enriching collaborations guaranteed!
